即使她後來開發出新產品Level Up Score(一款能為財務目標量身打造行動計畫的革命性工具),她發現自己仍舊陷入困境,始終無法擴大規模。

Escape Linear Growth

You don't need to hustle harder. Instead you need to step back and build smarter. Leverage is the bridge between freedom and scale. There are four core levers to escape linear growth. Use them right, and they compound.

1Code– Code is the ultimate scale tool. A developer builds an app once, and it serves millions. Every line written becomes a tiny machine that runs 24/7. You don't have to be a programmer to use code. You can:
• Hire developers
• Automate tasks
• Use no-code tools
The rule is simple: If you do it more than once, automate it.

2Media– Words, video, audio, media spreads ideas like wildfire. When you share what you know in a scalable format (blog, book, podcast), you create asynchronous influence. That is, your influence can continue growing while you sleep. Write once. Sell forever. The great things about media is you can use it to build:
• Trust
• Reach
• Authority
And like rust, media never sleeps.

3Money– Most people see money as an end. But in Levers, money is a tool for scale. You can use capital to:
• Buy time (hire people)
• Accelerate your growth (ads)
• Access resources (investments)
Used strategically, money multiplies your impact, especially when combined with the other levers.

4People– Hiring is not just delegation, it's amplification. People are your force multipliers. The right people can:
• Fill in your blind spots
• Push your ideas further
• Build with you, not just for you
But hiring too soon or without clarity can become a drag. Always match the people you hire to the highest-leverage need.

Set Big Goals That Look IMPOSSIBLE

Most people set goals that fit neatly into their current routines, or that are marginal gains on the status quo. Alicia Ault, after 20 years in the credit industry, was no different. Her one-on-one coaching helped countless clients improve their credit scores, but the work consumed her time and energy. Even after developing a new product called Level Up Score—a breakthrough tool that created customized action plans for financial goals—she found herself stuck, unable to scale.

Then, a hard realization hit. She realized her "busyness" was keeping her below the floor. She wasn't scaling; she was stagnating. Initially, Alicia set what she thought was a bold target of onboarding 100 new credit repair companies in 90 days. But this was merely a busier version of her existing grind—linear, not transformative. True "impossible goals" don't just demand harder work; they force you to completely change how you work. So Alicia Ault raised the bar tenfold: 1,000 new companies in 90 days. Now her old methods—cold calls and long hours—were completely irrelevant and inadequate. This new goal required new thinking, new pathways, and new partners.

That shift opened her eyes. Instead of inching forward company by company, why not partner with the software firms which were already serving her target market? That insight led to Alicia making a pivotal connection. She spoke with Credit Repair Junkies, a platform with over 8,000 company clients. One conversation secured a partnership that instantly put Level Up Score on a trajectory Alicia could never have reached through incremental steps.

Soon after, other partnerships followed, expanding her reach into tens of thousands of companies, banks, and credit unions. In one year, Alicia went from hustling for clients on the side to leading a scalable, industry-shaping platform. Her story illustrates a core truth: the goal shapes the process.

Scale Your Culture

By and large, many entrepreneurs are bad at following systems. They tend to like to freestyle everything. That won't work out well when you're trying to scale. To get better at developing robust systems:

■Take on a coach who can help you develop next-level skills and mindsets. The big benefits of coaching are it creates accountability, forces you to plan, and you get everything aligned and pulled in the same direction.

■Scale your culture at the same time as you scale your business. Define your values so you create clarity.

■Learn how to do good strategic planning. Develop a rhythm of executing your strategy and evaluating your results each quarter and also each year. Set up and use a good strategic planning cycle. Make certain you're aiming at the right target with the right people and the right systems.

■Set great goals and create alignments around those goals. Formalize your goal setting practices.

■Evolve into a sales-driven organization. Have a sales team in place with a written plan, targets, and playbook. Every day, hold a stand-up huddle with the sales team where they share victories and identify bottlenecks. Keep connecting with your customers by having hands-on sales experiences.

■et up systems and policies that will scale. Set up systems that are not reliant on one key person, but which everyone can learn. Use those systems to empower your people to create happy customers.

■Always be learning. Look to learn from your competitors, from your customers, and from your own mistakes. Look for tiny actions you can be taking to increase sales, cut costs, and boost profitability. Learn how others succeeded.

■Find the people you need to grow and keep them happy and engaged. Get out of their way as fast as you can.
